Cancellation Policy

CoreVitals Mobile Med & Aesthetics requires a 2-hour cancellation notice. If the reservation is cancelled WITHIN 2-hours of the scheduled appointment time, I will be charged a $50 cancellation fee AND the $30 convenience surcharge. If the reservation is cancelled PRIOR to 2-hours of the scheduled appointment time, I will be refunded the 50% service cost that was collected at booking, BUT I will NOT be refunded the $30 convenience surcharge. If the I fail to attend the appointment within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, I will be charged the full deposit amount, which is 50% of the service cost AND the $30 convenience surcharge. I understand these fees cover staff wages and supply costs for my scheduled session. Our cancellation policy has been created to ensure our loyal clients are not disturbed by the tardiness of clients who fail to maintain scheduled IV or wellness injection appointments. When reserved sessions are unattended, this means loyal clients missed the opportunity of having that specified time period.
